Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
It is a rechargeable device with a pod you fill with bottled e-liquid. Depending on the model, you replace either the pod with its built-in coil or a separate coil head when that component wears out.
Open the designated fill port and follow the instructions for your pod. Close it securely after filling. For a new coil or pod, allow the soaking time specified by the manufacturer before using it.
Check the recommendation for the exact pod or coil, including its supported liquid ratio and power range. Nic salt or freebase describes nicotine type; it does not determine physical compatibility or the VG/PG ratio.
Lifespan depends on the liquid, power and frequency of use. A persistent burnt taste, reduced flavour or deteriorating performance can indicate replacement is needed. Check whether your device uses a separate coil or a complete replacement pod.
Add the kit price to your expected liquid and replacement-part spending. For example, a £30 kit, £219 of liquid and £120 of replacement parts total £369 in the first year. These are illustrative assumptions, not research findings or a guaranteed annual cost.
MTL uses a more restricted draw into the mouth before inhaling. DTL uses a more open draw directly into the lungs; RDTL is a more restricted version of that draw. Use the pod, coil and settings intended for your chosen style.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Wipe accessible contacts with a dry cloth and do not immerse the battery device. Pods with integrated coils should not be washed. Only rinse removable components when the manufacturer says they are washable.
