What is the difference between menthol, mint and ice?
Menthol is the sharp cooling compound itself; mint is the sweeter, leafier flavour of the plant; ice usually means koolada, which adds cold sensation with almost no taste. Bottles labelled ice or arctic stack these for maximum chill, while classic menthol liquids stay closer to the old cigarette profile.
Why does menthol feel stronger in a vape?
Vapour carries cooling compounds more efficiently than smoke, so a menthol vape at the same nicotine strength reads colder than the cigarette did. If your first bottle feels like a blizzard, drop to a standard menthol rather than an iced blend, or step down a nicotine strength.
