Royal Mail 24 and 48 Track doesn't provide guaranteed 24 and 48 hours delivery.

Depending on the contents of the package and the destination country, customs clearance can take several days or even weeks. The process involves a variety of checks, including verifying the value of the goods, checking for restricted or prohibited items, and assessing import duties and taxes.
In addition to customs clearance, other factors can also contribute to delays in international delivery. These might include problems with shipping documentation, problems with the delivery address or recipient, and delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
All of these factors can add up to a delivery time of 14 days or longer for international shipments. While this may be frustrating for customers who are eager to receive their goods, it’s important to remember that these delays are often beyond the control of the Seller company.

Customs fees are placed on physical goods that are imported into a country from another country or territory. These fees are applied to international sales.
As a buyer, you are generally responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Most customs charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country. The cost of the charges is based on:
- The price and type of item
- The package weight and dimensions,
- The origin country the package is being delivered from
- The taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country
Vapeforest offers a return policy for non-disposable Vapes that are faulty within 14 days of purchase. This policy applies only once per purchase, and if the replacement product also appears to be faulty, Vapeforest may consider it a sign of misuse. However, non-faulty products that appear faulty or have been rendered faulty due to misuse will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for return.
- Due to the personal nature of electronic cigarettes, opened products cannot be returned except in the event of a fault.
Vapeforest will provide a refund or replacement for a faulty product only after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If it is returned and a fault is discovered, we will repair or refund your item.You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.Please note After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that were damaged by improper use or accident.
If you have purchased a product in error or no longer need it or items has been returned back to sender by customs and the item is unopened, unsealed and unused, please contact Vapeforest’s Customer Service team at Support@vapeforest.co.uk. Please note that refunds or replacements for such items are subject to Vapeforest’s discretion, and they are not obligated to replace or refund unwanted purchases. Additionally, Vapeforest will not cover the return shipping costs for orders.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to cancel dispatched items. If you still receive the item, you may return it at your own expense.
Any orders with gifts that are returned will need to return the entirety of order in original condition, inclusive of gift.
To ensure that only eligible individuals purchase vaping products, we have implemented an Age Verification System. In the event that you cancel your order or fail the verification process, we will provide a refund within 5 business days, while deducting a £2 fee to cover the cost of the third-party age verification service. If the verification process is still pending, we will allow you 5 business days to complete the process. However, if the status remains pending, we will issue a refund within 10 working days after deducting the £2 fee.
- To initiate a refund, Vapeforest requires the products to be received at their warehouse.
- In case the item is returned to Vapeforest due to an incorrect address, we will make deductions for both the delivery fee (if Vapeforest covered it) and the age verification fee.
E-Liquids and Drip Tips:
E-liquids are not refundable and our warranty does not extend to these items due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on either. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
Vapeforest provides a “Dead-On-Arrival” guarantee for disposable products sold individually. This means that Vapeforest will only accept returns for provably faulty disposable items within a 24-hour period from when you receive your order. However, Vapeforest cannot guarantee the taste or puff count of any disposable product, as these factors are subjective and cannot be verified. Please note that non-faulty products that appear faulty or have been rendered faulty due to misuse will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Vapeforest and may not be eligible for return.
To address the increase in fraudulent returns, Vapeforest now requires all faulty products to be sent back for inspection. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause for genuine customers.

- Any discrepancies in orders such as flavour, strength or colour, wrong product must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order. The product must not have been opened or used.
- Missing Items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We reserve the right to use our discretion upon assessing the discrepancy or missing item claim by verifying the stock levels in our warehouse.

The taste of a product is a highly subjective matter and cannot be objectively verified, as it can vary from person to person and from product to product.
While there may be inherent variances in taste from batch to batch, most products are generally consistent in taste and flavor. However, these variances are usually very small and do not significantly affect the overall quality of the product.
Vapeforest is a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of using our products. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review the product ingredients before making a purchase to avoid any unwanted effects.
