Manufacturers sometimes document compatibility across more than one model. Use that explicit information rather than assuming every pod fits exactly one device, or that similar-looking pods are interchangeable.
Sealed pods and refill containers work differently
A sealed prefilled pod is replaced as instructed when depleted. A dedicated refill container belongs to a particular pod system and transfers liquid according to that system’s design. Some systems feed liquid automatically; others require a model-specific step. There is no general rule to refill every prefilled pod when it reaches a quarter full.
Do not open a sealed pod or pour liquid into an undesignated opening. Follow the supplied instructions for protective seals, assembly, activation and any waiting period. If a replacement pack has no compatible battery device, it cannot be used on its own.
Read the whole pack description
Check the number of pods and containers, their volumes, the nicotine concentration and the compatible device name. A pack’s puff estimate may refer to more than one supplied component. A higher puff figure does not establish compatibility, a longer coil life or a guaranteed duration.
If you need to identify the device first, use the Coil and Pod Finder or compare the exact model with the prefilled kit information. Confirm any uncertain match before fitting a part.
Replacement and fault checks
Stop using a pod that gives a persistent burnt taste or a device that leaks significantly, overheats or activates unexpectedly. Coil damage can have more than one cause, so adding liquid is not a guaranteed fix. Follow the manufacturer’s replacement and fault guidance rather than continuing to test it.
Keep pods and liquid-containing parts away from children and pets. Keep the original packaging so the device compatibility, batch and nicotine information remain available.
Prefilled replacement pod questions
Must the pod and kit have the same puff number?
No. For example, the NERA30K Fullview uses the documented NERA15K replacement family. Exact model compatibility matters more than matching the number.
Can every pod be refilled from a bottle?
No. Open refillable pods, sealed prefilled pods and dedicated refill-container systems are different. Only use the intended filling or replacement method.
Does a replacement pack include a device?
Do not assume it does. Check the stated contents; a pod-and-container replacement normally requires the existing compatible device.
Are all prefilled pods 20mg?
No. Strength options vary by product and market. Read the selected option and packaging; a category name does not specify the nicotine concentration.
Does a mesh coil guarantee the whole pack will last without problems?
No. Setup, liquid supply, use and component condition affect performance. Stop using a burnt or malfunctioning component and follow the manufacturer’s guidance.
