Your kit may not come fully charged. Plug it in using a USB-C cable—charging takes about 30 minutes.
Prepare Your Elfa Pod
Remove the rubber bung from the mouthpiece and the label from the bottom of the pod.
Break the Freshness Seal
Push the button on the bottom of the pod to break the freshness seal and activate the e-liquid.
Reassemble Your Elfa Pro Kit
Insert the prepared pod into the device. The magnets will hold it securely in place.
Prime Your Elfa Coil

We offer free delivery on orders above £25.
Royal Mail 24 and 48 Track doesn’t provide guaranteed 24 and 48 hours delivery.
If you make an order on weekdays (Monday – Friday) after 2 pm, the order will be dispatched on the following working day.
It is not within our current protocol to take actions regarding incorrect delivery address since it is responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct delivery address provided. In case the item is returned to Vapeforest due to an incorrect address, we will make deductions for both the delivery fee and the age verification fee. Vapeforest’s ability to grant a partial refund relies on the parcel being returned to our warehouse.
Due to Royal Mail services being unavailable on bank holidays, our dispatch of orders will be paused during these periods. All orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
In the event that the buyer select to have the parcel left in a ‘safe place’, they will be responsible for it if it becomes lost or stolen.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but the buyer hasn’t received it, we require 15 working days to investigate and provide a response to the buyer.
