Pod options and the draw each suits
Every pod uses a mesh coil, offered in two resistances for different draws:
- 0.8 ohm: a tight mouth-to-lung pull, much like drawing on a cigarette, happiest with nic salts and 50/50 liquids.
- 0.6 ohm (XXL): an airier, restricted direct-to-lung draw with a touch more warmth and vapour.
The 0.8 ohm is also made as a higher-capacity XXL version, so in that resistance you can pick either a standard or an XXL pod. Airflow is set on the Gotek device itself, letting you fine-tune how tight or airy each draw feels.
Fitting and care
To refill, pull out the silicone stopper on the side, add your nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid through the port, then press the stopper fully back in to guard against leaks. Give a fresh pod a minute or two to let the coil soak up liquid before the first draw, which helps avoid a dry, burnt hit. With the coil sealed inside, a pod runs through several refills before its flavour starts to drop; when it turns dull or tastes scorched, fit the next pod from the pack rather than changing a coil.
