The Sweet Shop, Sub-Ohm Edition
Double Drip leaned into a very British idea: the pick-n-mix counter as an e-liquid range. Fizzy Cherry Cola Bottles and Sherbet Rainbow taste exactly like their namesakes, Twisted Ice Cream covers dessert duty, and the 100ml line adds fruit blends like Strawberry Kiwi.
The “coil sauce” branding is not just talk: these are thick, high-VG mixes made for sub-ohm coils and clouds. Run them in a proper sub-ohm tank or powerful pod mod; they are the wrong liquid for a small MTL pod.
Double Drip FAQ
What does coil sauce mean?
It is Double Drip’s name for its high-VG formulation: thick liquid that wicks well in large sub-ohm coils and produces dense, sweet clouds. The flip side is that it will struggle to wick in tight pod coils, so match it to hardware with some power.
Do Double Drip shortfills need nic shots?
They arrive nicotine-free with headspace for shots: one in a 50ml, two in a 100ml, landing around 3mg. Sub-ohm setups deliver so much vapour that 3mg is the standard strength; add nicotine shots at checkout if you want them.
Will sweet liquids like these kill my coils?
Sweet blends do coat coils faster than plain ones; that is physics, not a brand flaw. Budget a coil change a few days earlier than with a menthol, prime properly, and consider the trade worth it; nobody buys Fizzy Cherry Cola Bottles for coil economy.
