A prefilled pod kit is the closest match: a rechargeable battery with a sealed, click-in pod and the same draw-activated feel. Big puff kits keep the familiar shape, and refillable kits cost the least to run.
In most cases, yes. A prefilled pod usually costs less than a disposable for the same puffs, and refilling from a bottle is cheaper still. The battery is a one-off cost you reuse for months.
On most kits, no. The devices here are largely draw-activated, so you inhale and they fire, just like a disposable.
