One Shot Does It
A 50ml shortfill has exactly 10ml of headroom, so one 18mg nic shot fills it to the top and gives 60ml at 3mg. There is no maths to get wrong and nothing left over. If you want it a little stronger, a 20mg shot gives about 3.3mg. If you want it weaker, add half a shot; the bottle simply will not be full.
