How do I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchases (2 points per £ spent), writing a product review (50 points), or writing a product review with a photo (70 points).

How do I redeem points?

On the cart page, you can redeem 500 or more points for a discount. Every 100 points equals £1 off your order.

Enter the number of points you wish to redeem in the "Redeem Your Points" section, click "Redeem," and the discount will be applied to your cart. Use the "Clear" button to remove applied points if needed.

When will I see points credited to my account after making a purchase?

Points for your purchase (e.g., e-liquids or vaping devices) are credited to your Vape Forest account once your order is marked as completed.

This typically happens when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can view your updated points balance on your account dashboard or the rewards page after the points are credited.

Where can I see my points balance?

Your points balance is displayed at the top of this page when logged in, and also on your account dashboard.

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?

If you return a product purchased from Vape Forest (e.g., e-liquids or vaping devices) that earned reward points, those points will be deducted from your account.

For partially refunded orders, points are deducted proportional to the refunded amount. If you cancel an order where points were redeemed for a discount, the redeemed points will be refunded to your account.

Can I transfer my points to another account?

No, reward points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Points earned from purchases or reviews on your Vape Forest account must be redeemed for discounts on your own orders, such as vape juices or devices.

What should I do if I suspect an issue with my points balance?

If you notice an issue with your points balance (e.g., points not credited for a purchase or incorrectly deducted), please contact Vape Forest customer support at [email protected].

Can I use points for any purchase on Vape Forest?

Yes, you can redeem reward points for a discount on any purchase from Vape Forest, including our full range of vape juices, disposable vapes, and vaping devices. You need at least 500 points to redeem (e.g., 500 points = £5 discount). Apply your points at checkout to see the discount reflected.

What happens if Vape Forest changes or ends the Member Reward Scheme?

Vape Forest reserves the right to amend or terminate the Member Reward Scheme, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If changes occur, we'll strive to notify you via email or the rewards page.

Any points earned before the scheme ends or changes can typically be redeemed within a specified period, subject to the updated terms.
