How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases (2 points per £ spent), writing a product review (50 points), or writing a product review with a photo (70 points).
How do I redeem points?
On the cart page, you can redeem 500 or more points for a discount. Every 100 points equals £1 off your order.
Enter the number of points you wish to redeem in the "Redeem Your Points" section, click "Redeem," and the discount will be applied to your cart. Use the "Clear" button to remove applied points if needed.
When will I see points credited to my account after making a purchase?

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
If you return a product purchased from Vapeforest (e.g., e-liquids or vaping devices) that earned reward points, those points will be deducted from your account.
For partially refunded orders, points are deducted proportional to the refunded amount. If you cancel an order where points were redeemed for a discount, the redeemed points will be refunded to your account.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, reward points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Points earned from purchases or reviews on your Vapeforest account must be redeemed for discounts on your own orders, such as vape juices or devices.

Yes, you can redeem reward points for a discount on any purchase from Vapeforest, including our full range of vape juices, disposable vapes, and vaping devices. You need at least 500 points to redeem (e.g., 500 points = £5 discount). Apply your points at checkout to see the discount reflected.
