The 10ml salts belong in a refillable pod kit or a vape pen. At 50% VG they wick through narrow coils easily, and a low wattage mouth to lung draw is what the recipes were balanced around. The 100ml Nexus shortfills are the opposite case: at 70% VG they are built for a sub ohm kit or a tank, where more vapour carries the flavour. A shortfill in a pod kit tends to starve the wick, and a 20mg salt in a sub ohm tank hands over far more nicotine than intended.
A 10ml bottle in a pod kit covers roughly three to five days for someone who has recently stopped smoking. Lower strengths empty faster, since a 5mg or 10mg bottle takes more draws to settle the same craving than a 20mg one does. A 100ml shortfill is measured differently again, because the wide coils in a sub ohm kit get through liquid much quicker per session. Ten times the volume does not turn into ten times the days.
