Aspire Gotek Pro 2 Pod Kit

The Aspire Gotek Pro 2 Pod Kit is a compact refillable kit made for easy, low-maintenance MTL vaping. Its 2500mAh battery keeps most vapers going for at least a full day. Then, when it does run flat, a USB-C charge fills it again in about 90 minutes. So it works well as a first kit or an everyday one.

Inside the box you will find a 0.8 Ohm Gotek V2 pod with a built-in mesh coil. Just add a 50% VG e-liquid and draw on the mouthpiece. Meanwhile, Smart Mode picks the wattage, while three power modes let you adjust it. However, a charging cable is not listed in the box contents, so it is worth having a USB-C cable to hand.

A Compact Box With a Circuit-Board Finish

The Gotek Pro 2 keeps a small, boxy shape that fits easily in a pocket. It stands 90mm tall, 48mm wide and 21mm deep, and it weighs 104g. As a result, it feels solid without being bulky. An engraved circuit-board pattern runs across the body, too. Meanwhile, a slim LED screen on the side reads out the battery level.

2500mAh of Power With Smart Mode

At the heart of the kit is a 2500mAh battery. Because it is so large, most vapers get at least a day of use from one charge. Once it is empty, the USB-C port brings it back to full in roughly 90 minutes.

You do not need to press anything to vape, because the Gotek Pro 2 fires as you inhale. Smart Mode then chooses the wattage automatically. For more control, you can also move between three power modes. Eco helps the battery last longer, Normal keeps the vape consistent and Max lifts the flavour.

Gotek V2 Pods With Built-In Mesh Coils

Out of the box, the kit comes with a 0.8 Ohm Gotek V2 pod, which is ideal for MTL vaping. It holds 2ml and refills through a port on its side. Inside, a mesh coil heats the e-liquid rapidly and evenly, which helps flavour. When the coil wears out, you replace the whole pod. For most vapers, that means a new pod about once a week.

In addition, the Gotek Pro 2 accepts every Gotek refillable pod. That includes the original Gotek pods in 0.6 and 0.8 Ohm, plus Gotek V2 pods in 0.4 and 0.6 Ohm. In short, 0.8 Ohm suits MTL, while 0.6 Ohm opens up RDTL. The table below sets out each option.

An Airflow Slider for MTL or RDTL

Beyond the pods, the airflow slider changes how each puff feels. Push it one way for a tighter pull, or the other way for more air. So you can adjust the draw in seconds, with no pod swap needed.

For example, a closed slider and a 0.8 Ohm pod give a cigarette-like MTL inhale. On the other hand, an open slider with a 0.6 Ohm pod gives a freer RDTL draw. Either way, a 50% VG e-liquid suits both pods best.
