Vaporesso XROS 6 Pod Kit

Meet the Vaporesso XROS 6 Pod Kit, the newest chapter in the XROS series. It is a real step up for refillable pod vaping. A large built-in 1800mAh battery keeps it running for up to a full day. When it runs low, 3A fast charging over USB-C refills it in around 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, a 0.88 inch TFT screen puts three vaping modes at your fingertips. You can fire it by pressing the button or simply by inhaling, whichever feels more natural.

Two pods also come in the box, a 0.6 ohm and a 0.8 ohm, both from the XROS COREX range. Both suit nic salt or 50/50 freebase e-liquids, and because the kit takes the wider COREX pod range, swapping draw styles takes seconds.

Who is the XROS 6 for?

It suits anyone who wants a slim, refillable pod kit that keeps running costs down. If you are moving on from disposables, the familiar inhale-activated draw makes the switch easy. So does the simple top-fill design, because there are no separate coils to fit. The two included COREX pods also cover both nic salt and 50/50 freebase liquid.

Beginners can leave it in Normal Mode and go. Meanwhile, keener vapers can switch between Eco and Power modes. Adjusting the airflow then shifts between a tight mouth to lung pull and a looser restricted direct to lung style. However, if you are chasing big sub-ohm clouds, a dedicated sub-ohm kit is the better choice.

Power and Charging

The built-in 1800mAh battery comfortably sees most vapers through a full day. When it does run low, 3A fast charging over USB-C takes it back to full in around 45 minutes.

The 0.88 inch TFT screen also makes the three modes easy to manage. Eco Mode conserves battery, Normal Mode keeps the output consistent, and Power Mode delivers maximum flavour. On top of that, the 0.4 ohm COREX pod, sold separately, unlocks a variable wattage mode. That gives finer control across the 5W to 30W range.

Pods and Flavour

Every XROS COREX pod fills from the top, holds 2ml and uses a built-in mesh coil. Because the coil vaporises liquid rapidly, flavour stays strong from the first puff. The range also runs from 0.4 ohm through to 1.2 ohm. Each pod has its own recommended wattage, shown in the table below.

Both included pods work best with 50/50 e-liquids. When a coil finally fades, you simply click in a fresh pod. Replacement XROS COREX pods are ready to drop straight in.

Draw and Airflow

The two included pods cover both draw styles straight away. For example, the 0.8 ohm coil is designed for mouth to lung vaping. The 0.6 ohm instead suits a restricted direct to lung inhale.

The airflow slider then fine tunes how tight or loose either one feels. In short, one kit can follow you from a cigarette-like draw to something airier.
