High PG describes the liquid ratio
A higher-PG liquid has a greater proportion of propylene glycol than vegetable glycerine, such as 60% PG and 40% VG. This is different from nicotine type: the words nic salt or freebase do not tell you the VG/PG ratio by themselves.
Start with the ratio printed on your bottle, then match it to the pod or coil manufacturer’s recommendation. Do not assume a high-power coil is suitable because the same device can also take an MTL option.
Compare an MTL setup
For a more restricted draw, compare the airflow adjustment and the pod or coil options listed for each kit. Inhale activation can simplify use, while a screen or adjustable wattage gives more control. Check which parts need replacing and use the coil and pod finder when ordering spares.

Getting the Most From a High PG Liquid
Propylene glycol is thin and carries flavour sharply, so a liquid with 60 per cent PG or more feels closer to a cigarette than any other blend: more throat hit, less vapour, and a flavour that lands on the tongue rather than filling the room. That thinness also means it wicks fast, and a coil that is too open lets it through faster than it can be vaporised. The result is a wet, spitting pod. The cure is the tight coil these kits are built around, 1.0 ohm or higher, at 10 to 15 watts.

Does high PG liquid burn coils faster?
No, the opposite. Thin liquid keeps the cotton wet, so coils last longer than they do on thick shortfills. What shortens coil life is sweetener, and many high PG liquids are simple fruit or tobacco flavours with little of it.
Is a high PG kit the same as an MTL kit?
Nearly. Every kit here is a mouth-to-lung kit, but not every MTL kit has coils tight enough for the thinnest liquids. The ones listed have at least one pod or coil at 1.0 ohm or above, which is the line that stops flooding.
Can I get a throat hit like a cigarette from these kits?
