Yes. Selling single-use disposable vapes has been illegal in the UK since 1 June 2025. Rechargeable kits with replaceable or refillable pods remain fully legal.
A prefilled pod kit is the closest match: a rechargeable battery with a sealed, click-in pod and the same draw-activated feel. Big puff kits keep the familiar shape, and refillable kits cost the least to run.
In most cases, yes. A prefilled pod usually costs less than a disposable for the same puffs, and refilling from a bottle is cheaper still. The battery is a one-off cost you reuse for months.
