Use the button and screen: short presses cycle the settings and the display shows the wattage as you adjust. The Pro is the only XROS with proper manual power control; the rest of the family reads the pod resistance and sets output automatically, which is exactly what most users want.
Around one to two weeks of typical use before flavour fades, with the Corex 2.0 pods sitting at the top of that range. Sweet dessert liquids shorten pod life; lighter fruit and menthol blends stretch it. Keep a spare pod on hand and swap at the first hint of a dull or burnt note.
Pull the pod out of the device, uncover the side filling port, and bottle-fill to just below the max line with 50/50 or nic salt e-liquid. On a brand-new pod, wait five minutes after the first fill so the cotton saturates before you vape.

These are MTL devices, so 50/50 blends and nicotine salts at 10mg or 20mg give the best wicking and the most cigarette-like satisfaction. Thick high-VG shortfills will struggle in the tight Corex coils and burn pods early.
