70/30 Needs a Sub Ohm Coil

70/30 e-liquid needs a sub ohm coil between 0.4 and 0.8 ohm and a kit with enough power

The extra VG makes this liquid thick, and thick liquid needs a coil with wide wicking ports and enough power to vaporise it. That means a sub ohm coil, typically 0.4 to 0.8 ohm in a pod kit or lower in a tank, running at the middle of its printed wattage range. In that setup 70/30 gives dense clouds, a soft throat hit and full flavour, and the coil stays wet.

In a tight 1.0 ohm pod it behaves badly. The cotton cannot pull the liquid through fast enough, so you get a dry, burnt puff after every few draws. If your kit is a small MTL pod, stay on 50/50. If it has a sub ohm option, this is the ratio to use, and because every puff carries so much vapour you only need 3mg or 6mg to get the nicotine you want.
