• We offer free delivery on orders above £25.
• Royal Mail 24 and 48 Track doesn't provide guaranteed 24 or 48 hour delivery.
• If you make an order on weekdays (Monday – Friday) after 2 pm, the order will be dispatched on the following working day.
• It is not within our current protocol to take action regarding an incorrect delivery address, since it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. If the item is returned to Vapeforest due to an incorrect address, we will make deductions for both the delivery fee and the age verification fee. Vapeforest's ability to grant a partial refund relies on the parcel being returned to our warehouse.
• Due to Royal Mail services being unavailable on bank holidays, our dispatch of orders will be paused during these periods. All orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
• In the event that the buyer selects to have the parcel left in a 'safe place', they will be responsible for it if it becomes lost or stolen.
• If a parcel is marked as delivered but the buyer hasn't received it, we require 15 working days to investigate and provide a response to the buyer.
• Disposable products are generally not refundable unless they are faulty.
• Vapeforest offers a return policy for non-disposable vapes that are faulty within 3 days of delivery.
• We will provide a refund or replacement for a faulty product only after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
