The Voopoo Argus E40 is a refillable sub ohm pod kit built for bigger clouds and longer sessions. It packs a built-in 1800mAh battery and a 5W to 40W output range. So it suits direct to lung vapers who want power without a bulky mod. You simply fill a pod, click it in and vape.

In the box you get two side-filling pods, in 0.3 Ohm and 0.6 Ohm. Because each pod has a built-in coil, you swap the whole pod when it fades. As a result, there are no fiddly coils to change. A USB-C cable is also included, so you can charge straight away.

The Argus E40 keeps a slim tube shape that sits easily in the hand. It measures 114 by 31 by 22mm. So it stays fairly pocketable for a sub ohm device. A carbon-effect panel and a bright LED screen also give it a sporty look.

On top of that, the range spans seven finishes. These run from stealthy blacks to brighter accents. In short, there is a colour for most tastes:

A Full Day of Sub Ohm Power

The built-in 1800mAh battery is large for such a slim kit. As a result, it comfortably powers a day of sub ohm vaping for most people. When it runs low, fast charging tops it up in as little as an hour over USB-C.

Control stays simple too. First, click the single button to set the wattage across the 5W to 40W range. Then just inhale to fire, or press the button instead. Meanwhile, the LED screen shows your wattage, battery level and coil resistance.

Side-Filling Argus E40 Pods

Each Argus E40 pod holds 2ml and fills from the side. First, lift the silicone stopper, then top it up and push it back in. Because every pod has a built-in coil, you simply replace the whole pod when the coil fades.

The kit includes two pods, a 0.3 Ohm and a 0.6 Ohm. The 0.3 Ohm makes big clouds for DTL vaping, so pair it with a 70% VG e-liquid. The 0.6 Ohm suits RDTL vaping instead and works well with a 50/50 e-liquid. Each pod runs best at its own wattage, shown in the table below.

Adjustable Airflow for DTL and RDTL

The Argus E40 gives you real control over the draw. First, slide the stepless airflow control to tighten or open the inhale. So you can set an airy DTL draw or a tighter RDTL one.

Because the airflow is fully adjustable, one device covers two vaping styles. For example, pair the open setting with the 0.3 Ohm pod for clouds. Then switch to a tighter setting and the 0.6 Ohm pod for a more discreet vape.
