Getting started
- Pull the seal from the 2ml pod, following the guide on the pack.
- Connect the 10ml refill bottle to the fill port so it can feed the pod.
- Seat the pod on the device and give the mesh coil a moment to soak.
- Draw on the mouthpiece to vape; the kit fires on inhale, with no button to press.
- Recharge over USB-C when the vapour begins to weaken.

A note on UK rules
The Maxgo 12K is not a single-use vape. It recharges over USB-C and takes fresh RELX Maxgo replacement pods and refill bottles, so it stands apart from the throwaway devices removed from UK sale in June 2025.
