Not in an MTL pod kit. The liquid is too thick for a 1.0 ohm coil to wick and you will get dry hits within a few puffs. Sub ohm pod kits with 0.4 ohm coils or lower will handle it.
The strength on the label is the same, but the hit feels softer because there is less PG. High VG liquids are usually sold at 3mg or 6mg because each puff carries so much vapour that a higher strength would be harsh.
Gurgling means the coil is flooded, which happens when the airflow is too closed for a thick liquid or the coil is worn. Open the airflow fully, and if it continues, fit a fresh coil and let it soak for five minutes before firing.
