The short answer
The reusable Lost Mary BM6000 keeps its rechargeable device while you replace a 2ml pod and 10ml container. Remove the transport seals, seat the container and prime according to your pack instructions before using it. When the pack is empty, replace both liquid parts. Check your model first: the older fixed-pod BM6000 is different.
Key points
- Replace the pod and container together; retain the battery device.
- The screen shows charge, while the liquid window shows the reservoir.
- Up to 6000 puffs is a claim, not a guaranteed number of days.
- Our flavour ranking uses a defined 90-day fulfilled-order snapshot.
Opening the box is the easy part. Knowing which pieces to remove, when to change them and what the battery screen actually tells you is what prevents confusion later. This guide walks through that routine with illustrations, then separates verified specifications from puff-count claims and sales-based flavour rankings.
Written for adult users of the reusable BM6000. Nicotine is addictive. The illustrations explain the device; they are not evidence of a hands-on product test.
First, check which BM6000 you have
This guide covers the reusable Lost Mary BM6000 Prefilled Pod Kit, which has a replaceable pod and refill container. An older BM6000 also had a rechargeable battery, so a USB-C socket alone does not identify the reusable version.
Look at the model wording on your packaging and check that it describes replacement pods. If you cannot identify the version, ask the retailer or manufacturer before ordering parts. Do not try to prise a fixed pod out of an older device.
There are three things to recognise: the device contains the battery, the pod contains the coil and mouthpiece, and the container supplies the pod with more liquid. You keep the device and replace the pod and container together. See the BM6000 kit details and its matching pod and container pack to check the model names.
BM6000 specifications at a glance
| Comparison point | Specification | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Battery | 1000mAh, rechargeable | Recharge the device; replace the liquid parts separately. |
| Pod | 2ml, with an integrated mesh coil | The coil is replaced with the pod, not bought as a loose coil. |
| Refill container | 10ml | A separate reservoir feeds the pod. |
| Combined liquid | 12ml per complete pack | 2ml plus 10ml; this is not a single 12ml tank. |
| Puff claim | Up to 6000 | A manufacturer rating, not a guaranteed count for every user. |
| Charging connection | USB-C | Follow the electrical input instructions supplied with your kit. |
| Activation | Draw activated | There is no firing button to hold down. |
| Nicotine options | 0mg/ml, 10mg/ml and 20mg/ml in the wider range | The available strength depends on flavour, market and stock. |
| Manufacturer dimensions | 100 x 44 x 22mm | Dimensions of the complete kit, not the refill container alone. |
Important context: Manufacturer specifications checked on 16 October 2026. The kit, liquid pack and battery have separate lifespans.
What is in the box?
A single kit supplies the rechargeable device, one 2ml pod, one 10ml container and a user leaflet. A refill pack supplies the pod and container only; it does not supply another battery device. A USB-C cable is not listed in our kit contents, so check your pack before assuming one is included.
Read the instruction sticker before removing it. Keep the leaflet: packaging and priming directions can differ between versions. The current manufacturer instructions are the reference for the setup below.
How to set up the BM6000: four illustrated steps
Unwrap and remove the transport seals
Read and peel away the instruction sticker. Remove the silicone transport seals shown in the leaflet, including the mouthpiece plug. Check that no packaging is covering an air opening. Do not pull out a fitted component simply because it looks removable.

Seat the refill container
Align the supplied container with its slot and push it fully into place as shown on the pack. A connection that is only partly seated can prevent liquid transfer. If it will not fit with normal pressure, stop and check the model and orientation.

Prime before the first draw
Turn the assembled kit upside down. Lost Mary currently instructs users to shake it several times until bubbles have cleared from the container. Follow your pack directions if they differ. Do not treat a fixed countdown as proof that the pod is ready.

Return upright and draw gently
The device activates when you inhale through the mouthpiece. Start with a gentle draw once the pod is ready. If the taste is dry or burnt, stop and check the setup rather than taking repeated puffs. The screen indicates battery charge, not remaining liquid.

How to change the BM6000 pod and container
When the pack is empty, change both liquid components. Replacing only the reservoir leaves the old pod and coil in use. Lost Mary’s replacement sequence is:
- Pull the existing pod upwards out of the device.
- Slide the old container downwards out of its slot.
- Fit the new pod and the new container, removing their transport seals as directed.
- Repeat the priming procedure before taking a draw.
Keep the battery device. Set the used parts aside for appropriate collection. The illustration shows the two removal directions; it is a guide to the assembly, not a reason to force a part that will not move.
A new pack also replaces the coil and lets you change flavour. Use the pack specified for the reusable BM6000, as explained in the prefilled pod compatibility guide.

How to charge it, and what the screen means
Connect a suitable USB-C cable to the port on the device and use a power supply that meets the instructions supplied with it. Check the battery indication and disconnect after charging. The percentage is a battery reading, not a puff counter or liquid gauge.
There is no verified universal full-charge time in the manufacturer specification checked for this guide. Remaining charge, the power supply and battery condition all matter, so “fully charged in under an hour” should not be treated as a promise.
Do not charge overnight or unattended, cover a charging device, or keep it connected after the charge cycle finishes. Avoid extreme temperatures and damaged batteries. These precautions follow London Fire Brigade’s vape charging advice. We have not verified pass-through use for this model; pause vaping while it charges.

How long does a BM6000 actually last?
Separate three questions: how long the liquid pack lasts, how long a charge lasts, and when the device itself needs replacing. The 6000 figure describes the liquid pack’s maximum puff claim. It is not a guarantee of 6000 puffs from every charge, nor a statement that the battery stops working when the first pack is empty.
Your draw length and frequency affect liquid use. We have not run a controlled BM6000 puff-count or battery endurance test, so the examples below are arithmetic illustrations, not measured performance.
Puff-count maths: examples, not a lifespan guarantee
| Comparison point | Calculation | Illustrative upper limit |
|---|---|---|
| 300 short puffs per day | 6000 divided by 300 | 20 days |
| 600 short puffs per day | 6000 divided by 600 | 10 days |
Important context: These examples assume the full advertised count is achieved. Longer draws can reduce that count. They do not establish cigarette equivalence or nicotine absorbed.
A more useful way to estimate your next pack
Note the date you fit a fresh pack and the date it empties under your normal use. That personal interval is more useful than a headline puff count. Track charging separately. If the screen still shows charge when the liquid has gone, fit a fresh pack; if liquid remains and the battery is low, recharge.
No fixed number of replacement packs or charge cycles is verified here. Stop using a device that becomes damaged or behaves abnormally, even if its display still works.
BM6000 flavours: what our recent orders show
Instead of calling a subjective choice “the best”, we checked which single refill-pack flavours appeared most often by quantity in our fulfilled orders. Fizzy Cherry leads this snapshot. Several positions are tied, so they share a rank below.
The descriptions identify the flavour names and families; they are not tasting scores. Cooling intensity and sweetness are personal, and a name is not a complete ingredient list.
Eight leading refill flavours in our 90-day snapshot
| Rank | Flavour | Name or flavour family |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fizzy Cherry | Cherry |
| 2 = | Cherry Cola | Cherry and cola |
| 2 = | Cola | Cola |
| 4 | Juicy Peach | Peach |
| 5 = | Hawaiian Sunrise | Named tropical blend |
| 5 = | Pineapple Ice | Pineapple with a cooling label |
| 7 = | Fruit Medley | Named mixed-fruit blend |
| 7 = | Strawberry Ice | Strawberry with a cooling label |
An equals sign marks a tied rank. This is a small Vape Forest sales sample, not a UK-wide popularity survey or a repeat-purchase ranking.
How we calculated the flavour ranking
Period: 18 July to 15 October 2026 inclusive, using order creation time in UTC. We counted units of the single BM6000 pod and container pack on orders marked shipped or completed when the data was extracted on 16 October.
We excluded cancelled, failed and unfulfilled orders, all orders carrying any recorded refund, kit sales and box products. Nicotine-strength variants were combined under the same flavour. Equal pack totals received equal ranks.
Only the ranking is shown here. No customer details, order references, revenue or individual purchase histories are included. Stock availability, larger baskets and our own customer mix affect the result; it does not demonstrate repeat buying, satisfaction or a flavour’s performance.
Nicotine strengths and current availability
Lost Mary’s wider range includes 0mg/ml, 10mg/ml and 20mg/ml, equivalent to 0%, 1% and 2%. A product-family attribute showing all three does not mean every flavour and strength is available.
At our 16 October 2026 catalogue check, the in-stock BM6000 kit and refill variations were 20mg; the listed 0mg and 10mg variations were out of stock. Check the exact flavour and strength on the refill listing and on the pack when it arrives.
“20mg/ml” describes concentration. It is not the amount absorbed in a puff. The MHRA consumer-product rules set a maximum nicotine concentration of 20mg/ml, a 2ml tank limit and a 10ml limit for one nicotine refill container. Those are separate measures.
BM6000 and BM600: the practical differences
| Comparison point | BM6000 reusable kit | BM600 prefilled pod kit |
|---|---|---|
| Liquid format | 2ml pod plus 10ml container | One 2ml pod |
| What you replace | Pod and refill container together | The complete pod |
| Battery | Rechargeable | Rechargeable |
| Charging | USB-C | USB-C |
| Switching flavour | Change both liquid components | Change the pod |
| Compatibility | BM6000-specific replacement pack | BM600-specific replacement pod |
Important context: These are the reusable models. The similarly named older disposable versions are different products. Pods are not interchangeable between these two kits.
Check the format, not just the name
The BM600 uses a simpler single-pod arrangement. The BM6000 adds a separate reservoir and needs that liquid-transfer step during setup. Its 12ml total is six times a 2ml pod’s liquid volume, although headline puff figures should not be treated as directly comparable endurance tests.
See Lost Mary’s BM600 specification for the smaller model’s format, or the BM600 kit details if you need to identify one you already own. BM600, Nera and Tappo pods should not be substituted for a BM6000 pack.
BM6000 not working? Start with these checks
| Comparison point | Check first | What to do next |
|---|---|---|
| No vapour | Transport seals, battery indication and part seating | Remove only the indicated seals, check charge and reseat the correct parts. Stop if it still fails. |
| Dry or burnt taste | Liquid level and whether the pod was primed | Stop drawing. Recheck setup and liquid transfer. A persistent burnt taste calls for a fresh pack or support, not repeated firing. |
| Weak or inconsistent vapour | Charge, remaining liquid and fit | Check each separately. A charging cable cannot remedy an empty pack. |
| Gurgling or liquid at the mouthpiece | Visible liquid, damage and incorrectly seated parts | Stop, wipe accessible surfaces and inspect. Persistent leakage needs support; do not blow into the device or insert tools. |
| No charging indication | Cable, dry port and compatible power source | Try a known-good suitable cable and supply. If there is still no response, contact support rather than dismantling it. |
| Unusual heat, swelling or hissing | A potential battery fault | Stop using and charging it immediately. Follow fire-service guidance. |
Important context: These are basic ownership checks, not a remote diagnosis. Do not force parts, open the battery housing or try improvised repairs.
When to ask for help
If a correctly assembled fresh pack still fails, or leakage returns, contact the retailer or Lost Mary support. Have the model, batch or authenticity details and a description of the symptom ready. A charging problem alone does not prove that the battery has failed, and a dry taste alone does not identify its cause.
Follow the fire-service advice if the device becomes unusually hot, swollen or noisy. If it catches fire, leave the area and call 999.
Is the reusable BM6000 affected by the UK disposable ban?
The UK ban on selling and supplying single-use vapes began on 1 June 2025. Under GOV.UK guidance, a reusable vape needs a rechargeable battery, a refillable format and a replaceable coil. A new prefilled pod can provide the refill, and the coil can be contained in that replaceable pod.
The reusable BM6000’s replaceable pod and container are the relevant design features. Recharging an older fixed-pod device does not, by itself, make it reusable under those rules. Other product requirements still apply; a “6000 puffs” label is not proof of compliance. This guide concerns the reusable model, not every product carrying the BM6000 name.
Care and recycling
Keep the mouthpiece clean and the device dry, and store liquid components away from children and pets. Leave the battery housing intact.
Do not put vapes in household rubbish or ordinary recycling. Use a vape take-back service or an appropriate electrical-waste collection point, and ask how it accepts used pods and containers. London Fire Brigade explains the battery fire risk; GOV.UK also covers take-back of vape parts.
Common BM6000 questions
Can I put bottled e-liquid into a BM6000 refill container?
The documented refill procedure uses a new prefilled pod and container. It does not require opening a sealed container or pouring in bottled liquid. Use the replacement format specified for your device.
Do I replace the pod as well as the container?
Yes. The replacement pack pairs the two parts, and the new pod provides a fresh coil. Keep the battery device.
Will BM600 or Nera pods fit the BM6000?
They are different pod systems. Match the exact device model to the compatible pack; the Lost Mary brand name alone is not enough.
Does 100% on the screen mean the liquid is full?
No. It indicates battery charge. Check liquid through the visible reservoir and follow the pack instructions for priming.
Does every BM6000 flavour come in 0mg or 10mg?
No. The wider manufacturer range includes those strengths, but flavour and stock availability vary. At our 16 October check, only 20mg variations were in stock in our kit and refill listings.
Does 6000 puffs mean ten days of use?
Only as an arithmetic example at 600 short puffs a day, assuming the full rating is achieved. We have not measured that lifespan. Track your own pack use rather than treating the number as a promise.
Can a refill pack fix a damaged battery?
No. The pack replaces the pod, coil and liquid reservoir. A damaged battery device needs appropriate support and disposal, not a new liquid pack.
Is this a hands-on BM6000 review?
No. This is an instruction and reference guide based on manufacturer information, current official guidance, catalogue checks and an anonymous sales snapshot. We have not claimed tasting results or laboratory endurance measurements.
