Using Bar Salts to Step Down
Most nic salt ranges offer two strengths. Bar Salts offer four, 20mg, 10mg, 5mg and 0mg, and that is the reason to choose them if you plan to reduce nicotine over time. Start at 20mg if you smoked a pack a day, or 10mg for lighter smoking, and stay there until cigarettes have genuinely gone. Then drop one step at a time, giving each strength a month or so.
