Customer activity privacy

If you choose Accept all in Cookie settings, Vape Forest records the pages and products you view, searches, selected product options, basket actions and checkout errors on our website. This helps us understand product interests and problems customers encounter while shopping.

Activity uses a random browser identifier. When you sign in or place an order, we may link activity from that browser session to your customer profile. Shared accounts or browsers can make some links uncertain. We do not use IP addresses to guess which customer you are.

This optional activity history is stored privately for up to 90 days. We do not record passwords, payment-card fields or screen recordings in this system. Accept all also enables website analytics through Google Analytics. This does not sign you up for marketing messages.

You can choose Reject all in Cookie settings to turn off both Google Analytics and customer activity history without affecting your ability to shop. Withdrawal stops new activity collection and removes the activity associated with that browser identifier during the next scheduled processing cycle. Existing order, refund and other necessary business records follow our main privacy policy.
